1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our courses and want you to feel confident in your investment. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all eligible digital courses and digital books purchased through platform.

If you’re not fully satisfied with your course or eBook, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date — no questions asked. Please note that eBook returns are subject to additional eligibility conditions, listed below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be granted under the following conditions:

For Courses:

  • The request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The course has not been completed in full (i.e., more than 50% of the content has not been consumed).
  • The course was purchased directly through Website. Purchases made through third-party platforms or partners must adhere to their respective refund policies.
  • The course was not purchased during a final sale, promotion, or special event clearly marked as non-refundable.
  • No Certificate of Completion has been issued for the course.

For Digital books (e-books):

  • The request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • For digital books (eBooks): The file has not been downloaded or accessed more than once.
  • The eBook was purchased directly through Website. Purchases made through third-party platforms or partners must adhere to their respective refund policies.
  • The eBook was not purchased during a final sale, promotion, or special event clearly marked as non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team via our website or email support@elevamenta.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used to purchase
  • Course or eBook title
  • Reason for the refund request (optional but appreciated to help us improve)

Refund requests are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original form of payment.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Courses or eBooks purchased more than 30 days ago.
  • Courses where over 50% of the content has been consumed.
  • Courses where a Certificate of Completion has been issued.
  • Bundled offerings or subscriptions that have been partially used.
  • Gift cards or promotional credits.
  • Digital books that have been downloaded or accessed more than once.

5. At what point may a refund be expected?

The following items are non-refundable:

In case that no such stipulation exists, refunds will be processed via the payment method originally used to make the purchase, in the currency of the purchase, minus the payment processor's fee. Please note that the time required for processing a refund may vary, depending on the specific payment method utilized. In certain instances, this period may extend up to 45 days. In the event that your chosen payment method does not support refunds, the amount in question will be credited to the bank details provided.

6. Abuse of Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to provide peace of mind and support your learning journey. However, users who repeatedly request refunds or exhibit behavior that appears to abuse this policy may be denied future refund requests and/or have their account access revoked at our discretion.
